Introduction
The seeds of Eastern International Infrastructure were sown in circa 1998 four young visionaries whose background lay in civil engineering and electrical installation. With almost a decade of experience behind each of them, it was an amalgam of ambitions, dedication and a shared vision to make a better and stronger India.
Within five years of the formation of this partnership, the firm was able to undertake several projects the combined valuation of which is in excess of Rs. 1,000 Lacs.
Buoyed by this success and growth, the firm was reconstituted as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 and the company was named Eastern International Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.
The company is headquartered in Patna, with operations spanning several states in Northern and Eastern India. EiiPL is now concentrating on infrastructural development with emphasis on buildings, roads and bridges and industrial construction. It has a self-sufficient team of professionals and several strategic alliances are in place for architectural and designing inputs with leading architects and designers.

The crowning glory of EiiPL is it’s enviable achievements in construction of school campuses across the landscape of India. As on date, the Company has built more than nine schools, including five Delhi Public Schools at Patna, Varanasi, Ludhiana, Bhagalpur and Ara.
Ongoing projects which will emerge as unique construction on the Indian skyline include Arthshila Multi Art Space at Patna, Takshila Art Centre at Okhla, New Delhi and Ektara Centre at Bhopal. Other ongoing projects include residential and commercial spaces.
EiiPL also has expertise in construction of presses for publication like Dainik Bhaskar at Patna, Prabhat Khabar at Muzaffarpur, Patna and Gaya.
EiiPL owns adequate construction equipment and has at its disposal a team of skilled technicians and craftsmen. The labour contractors of the company can deploy construction workers at 24 hours notice. Cordial relations established with leading building material manufacturers ensure that we supply only the best of material at the best of procurement prices.
